This is a questionaire that we investigate students' acceptance and usage of MOOC.All we want is your 3 to 5 minutes. Thanks for your cooperation.

Q2:Are you studying anything through MOOC now or ever before?

Yes

Q3:How many people do you know study through MOOC?

Too many, it's very common to learn something through this.

It's OK, not too many but not a small number.

Very few, I can hardly find someone study by this.

No one, I've never seen anyone study by this.

Q4:Do you think the MOOC is useful to you or not?

Q8:How do you think the fee of the certificates?

Too high, it's not worth to paying for this.

I can accept it, I'll pay for this as usual.

Too low, I support for the MOOC and Universities to rise the fee.
