Learning Express & Employee Learning Week Feedback
Dear all LDWC members,I do think you already received Professor's email this morning, he already defined the two initiatives, Learning Express and Employee Learning Week and stated the importance of them.The objective of Learning Express is to accomplish a communication tool to employees which will give them the talent development news update, will give inputs on some quick tips to enhance their skills on hot topics.The objective of Employee Learning Week is to dedicate a week, which is focused on Employee Learning to promote the importance of learning and development within Diebold AP Region. Both of them are going to be launched in 2nd week of December 2015, we only have 20 working days to get everything well prepared, including agreed –upon criteria, activities, role & responsibilities and 20-working-day plan and execution. That is why I launch this on-line survey to ask you to think about them and feedback to me your thoughts by this week(Nov 6,2015). I will summarize your feedback during weekend and discuss with professor on next Monday afternoon.Thank you so much.
