3. 建立主管领导与员工定期谈心,以关注员工生活、身心健康,一线需要频率更高/ Set regular communication between direct leaders and employees, caring employee's life and psychological health. N employee need more-frequent communication.
4. 建立Fun联盟,收集群体的声音,作为桥梁与管理层沟通。开展内部学习交流,分享经验知识,组织各项活动/ Establish Young Fun Alliance, collect voices to management as communication bridge. Carrying out internal best practice activities to share knowledge and experience.
5. 各部门用自己的方式开展90后和管理层面对面沟通,工作生活方面皆可/Department can organize communication between 90s and management level in their own ways, talk about life and work.
6. 年度举办一次90后专题公司级高层领导圆桌沟通会/Hold“Annual Round Table Conversation” for 90s with Top leadership team.
7. 通讯录名片开设特长栏,大家可填写自己的兴趣爱好和特长,促进相互了解/ Set talentscolumn in address book so that people can share their talents and interests for better understanding.
8. 搭建分享知识,经验和职业技能、生活技能的平台,使经历多元化/Build platform for knowledge, experience and skills sharing.
9. 建设体育活动场地(健身房,羽毛球场等)/Build sports grounds like gym and badminton ground.
10. 挖掘可借租的体育场地供公司使用/Searsh more sports facilities and fields for company rental.
