Mickey 越南-VietnamBusiness Development Department-主播管理部Mickey - 名副其实的女强人”领导力强“ ”漂亮才华“ 这些话可能真的在Mickey身上，才能真正的体会到 。她身为BD的leader，每天要对着的不仅仅是自己的团队，还有外面一个个犀利的公会，主播们。但她的能力真的让人不得不佩服，难搞的公会，无理的主播等，到了Mickey手上，却什么都变得贴贴服服了。对外的她，热血沸腾，无私的培训教导公会，很用心的去照顾大小主播，给她们打气。往内的她，无时无刻都照顾着团队的每一位成员，永远给出很明细的策略和走向。对于上司给出来的目标，Mickey绝对不会先拒绝，而会用自己的思维去思考，目的就是要用尽全力的去完成挑战。在她身上，我们不但没有感觉到一点点的负能量，而且还是一个名副其实的好榜样。 "Strong leadership", "beautiful talent" -  these words was perfect to describe Mickey. As the leader of BD, she has to face not only her team, but also agencies from outside. Her ability really makes people admire, hard managed anchors, etc.，everything has become easy on Micky minds. She was passionate, selfless training and teaching the agencies very hard to take care of hosts to cheer them up. Inwardly, she takes care of every member of the team at all times and always gives very detailed strategies and directions. Niyati Agarwal 印度-IndiaFinance Department-财务部她是多任务处理者，在处理与财务相关的业务提供了很多支持；她从零开始，在印度办事处成立了财务部门，还为Cashup的建立做出贡献；她工作效率很高，每次都按时交付任务；她总保持着开放心态，虚心请教，不断成就自我成长；她积极分享自己积累的业务经验；她就是印度分公司财务团队的Niyati Agarwal。 She is multitasker and supports a lot in handling finance related issues.She started from scratch to set up a finance department in India Office and also contributed in Cashup setup.She is highly efficient and tries to deliver tasks on time.She is open-minded to learn from the strengths of others; She contributes in learning activities to share her rich experience in Finance.She is Niyati Agarwal from Finance Team in India Branch.

Renee Diep 越南-VietnamOperations Department-运营部Renee Diep - 突如其来的新气色一个根本对这个行业完全没有概念的小姑娘，误打误撞的就进了AIG这个大家庭。本来想尝试应征做BD的她，却被选进了当一名运营部的同学。在别人目光的怀疑下，短短几个月内，她已经完全理解和懂得公司的走向，她不单只把自己的工作安排的条条有理，凭着自己的中文水平，她还是越南分部和总部之间的一道交流之桥。有了她，该传达的信息都变得简单而有效了。她对每一项工作都非常积极和用心学习，用自己的乐于帮人的心态去对待每一位同事，很快她跟团队已经融合的很好。她热情，上进的态度，真的值得我们学习。  Renee DiepA little girl who has no idea about this industry at all before, she joined the big family of AIG by accident. She wanted to try to be a BD, but she was chosen to work in the operation department. She had fully understood all the business line of the company in just a few months,. Not only did she arrange her work in an orderly manner, she was also trying to build a close relationship with Chinese colleagues based on her Chinese level she makes cross country communication very simple and effective. She is very active and hard-working for every job, and treats every colleague very well and help others. Her enthusiastic and motivated attitude is really worth learning.

冯杰（财务部）- Finance Department & 刘乐昕（法务部）- Legal Department 不管是新项目任务繁重，还是日常事务激增，她们俩总能想尽各种办法给公司开拓渠道，节省成本；一直拥有极强的自驱力，以主人翁心态对待每一项工作任务；总能举一反三，发现问题，完善机制，实现高效工作。她们俩具备一个优秀亚创人的所有特征：主动开拓进取，良好的团队精神，极强的执行力，一流的学习能力，勇于担当敢于负责，表现出高度的团队归属感。她们俩就是财务部冯杰和法务部刘乐昕。 Whether it is a heavy task for a new project or a surge in daily affairs, the two of them can always find ways to open up channels for the company to save costs; they always have a strong self-driving force and treat every task with a master mentality; they can always find problems, improve mechanisms, thus achieve efficient work. The two of them have all the characteristics of an excellent AIG employee: initiative and enterprising, good team spirit, strong execution ability, first-class learning ability, courage to take responsibility. They are Feng Jie from the Finance Department and Liu Lexin from the Legal Department.
